Red Fez Salads

 

Red Fez – Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, and dry mint tossed in olive oil, and lemon juice.

Fattoush – Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green and red bell peppers with toasted pita, and pomegranate vinaigrette.   

White Bean  – White kidney beans with tomato, red onions, parsley, sumac, olive oil and vinegar.     

Tabbouleh – Finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, and scallions mixed with wheat bulgur, lemon juice and olive oil.
